摘　　要：通过对209型系列转向架弹性定位套的结构和受力分析及对大量数据资料的统计,指出了弹性定位套脱落的原因。提出并论证:(1)厂修及新造后第二个段修时,应分解、检修弹性定位套;(2)改变弹性定位套的高度;(3)将间隙配合改为过盈配合等三项建议。Via analysis of the structure and stress condition of flexible locating sleeves on trucks of serial 209,and statistics of massive data,the causes of losing of flexible locating sleeves are put forward.Three proposals are put forth and demon- strated:(1)during Works repair or the second depot repair after manufacture,flexi- ble locating sleeve should be disassembled,inspected and repaired;(2)the height of flexibe locating sleeves should be modified;(3)clearance fit should be replaced by interference fit.
