摘 要:用固相合成法,以Keggin结构过渡金属一取代杂多钨硅酸盐异构体β1-[SiW11M(H2O)O39]6-(M=Mn2+,Co2+,Zn2+,Fe2+)为掺杂剂制备了6种聚苯胺掺杂材料。用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、荧光光谱、SEM、X-射线粉末衍射、热重分析等对此材料进行了表征,研究了它们的热稳定性和导电性。结果表明:掺杂了杂多钨硅酸盐异构体的聚苯胺最好的电导率为9.6×10-2S·cm-1,聚苯胺微米棒的直径在100nm。Six polyaniline hybrid material doped with transition metal mono-substituted Keggin structure silicotungstate anions β1-[SiW11M(H2O)O39]^6-(M=Mn^2+,Co^2+,Zn^2+,Fe^2+) were prepared by solid-state synthesis method. The materials were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV-Vis, fluorescence spectrocopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Thermal stability and conducting behavior were studied. All results show that the average diameter of the polyaniline microrods is 100 nm and the highest conductivity of the polyaniline microrods is 9.6×10^-2S·cm^-1. Flourescence property of the polyaniline was found.
