摘  要:目的:用流式细胞术检测离体血液白细胞二倍体峰荧光强度、细胞碎片含量等指标推测死亡时间。方法:抽取18周岁男性新鲜血液样本13份,分别用采取肝素钠抗凝和不抗凝两种方式,隔绝空气20℃保存。结果:在0-144 h内,离体抗凝血细胞碎片的比例从0.64%上升到15.07%,二倍体峰荧光均道值无明显变化;未抗凝血(微凝血)细胞碎片比例变化无明显规律,二倍体峰荧光均道值在12-132 h内无明显变化。结论:流式细胞术检测的抗凝血、微凝血液白细胞二倍体峰均道值与离体时间无相关性;抗凝血白细胞碎片的比例与离体时间有较强的相关性。Objective: To evaluate the proportion of cell debris and fluorescence intensity of diploidy to determine the postmortem interval (PMI). Methods: Specimens of 2 ml blood were drawn from 13 men (18 years old) and were anticoagulated with heparin; the other specimens of 1 ml blood was drawn from other 13 men (18 years old) adding anticoagulants. Both were preserved at 20℃. Results: For the anticoagulated whole blood, the proportion of cell debris increased from 0.64% to 15.07%, fluorescence intensity of diploidy changed little during the first 144 hours postmortem. For the tiny cruor, the change of the proportion of cell debris did not show remarkable regularity, and fluorescence intensity of diploidy changed little from the 12th to 132th hour postmortem. Conclusion: There was no relationship between PMI and fluorescence intensity of diploidy, but there was a correlation between the proportion of cell debris and PMI in 132 hours.
