高血压脑出血外科规范化治疗方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的对高血压脑出血的外科治疗方法进行改进，并用于临床。方法采用血肿穿刺吸除术、骨瓣开颅血肿清除术、锁孔手术，治疗高血压脑出血289例。结果上述方法用于临床取得了显著的治疗效果并已广泛应用。结论上述三种术式各有其适应证，符合微侵袭原则，长期实践证明其安全性和实用性，丰富扩展了高血压脑出血外科治疗的技术与方法。Objective To improve the surgical treatment methods for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （n=289） were treated by hematoma aspiration, craniotomy,. accompanied by cranioplasty, keyhole approach. Results The marked treatment effects were achieved by the treatment methods mentioned above. Conclusion The indications of the surgical treatment methods above mentioned vary, while their application depends on the principle of minimal invasion. Long-term practice has proved they are safe and practical.
