宁波市0～14岁小儿中哮喘患病情况调查

摘　　要：根据全国儿童哮喘调查方案，于１９９０年７～９月对宁波市老市区（湖西街道）、工业区（镇海石化总厂、中石化三公司）和沿海区（莼湖镇）所有０～１４岁小儿进行了整体抽样调查。实查１０５６７名，查出各类哮喘１８０名，总患病率１．７０％，男女患病率分别为１．９７％和１．３７％。老市区、工业区和沿海区患病率分别为１．２６％、４．１５％和０．８９％。A survey on the prevalence of bronchial asthma among 10567 population of 0～14 year old children resided in 3 different area in Ningbo was condueted in 1990.The average rate of incidence under survey was 1.70%(1.26%,4.15%,0.89%).Males predominated females(1.44:1).93.89% were induced by ARI,85.56% had self-allergic history most in eczema,30.00% had family history of asthma in I and Ⅱ class.87.78% had onset of whezing before 3 years old,wheezing occurred more ofter in winter(50%) and mid-night(60.60%).Prevent asthma should begin in infant stage.
