摘　　要：介绍了一种新的方法,即语义网站技术,为电子政府信息门户网站的解决方案投射出新的光芒。在对传统的方法和语义方法进行了对比以后,详细地用图解的方式阐述了基于语义的电子政府信息门户网站的体系结构和组成部分。还对实现这一方法的关键技术进行了研究,其中包括电子政府信息门户的本体的定义和搜寻算法。The paper introduces a new approach,that is,semantic web techniques,to shed a new light on the solutions for egovernment information portal development.After taking the comparison between traditional approaches and semantic approaches, the design of architecture and components of e-government information portal based on semantic technologies are illustrated in details.The paper also researches on the core technologies of implementation of this new approach,including the definition of egovernment information portal ontologies and searching algorithms.
