百球清对仔猪等孢球虫病治疗效果观察

摘　　要：为了研究百球清(Toltrazuril)对猪等孢球虫病的治疗效果,用15mg/(kg.bw)和7.5mg/(kg.bw)2个剂量的百球清口服治疗感染猪等孢球虫(Isosporasuis)的7日龄仔猪,用粪便性状及腹泻持续时间、OPG值及排卵囊持续时间、增重率、死亡率及剖检病变等指标来判定百球清治疗效果。结果显示,首次给药后第5—6天给药组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ组)仔猪粪便性状全部恢复正常,首次给药后第3—4天Ⅰ、Ⅱ组仔猪粪便卵囊转阴率达100%,仔猪精神、食欲等明显好转,除Ⅰ组死亡1头外,组其余仔猪全部存活。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组仔猪2周内增重率分别为65.1%、61.9%和34.7%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组仔猪增重率提高显著(P<0.01)。而感染不给药组(Ⅲ组)仔猪首次给药后1周仍有少量卵囊排出,死亡2头,存活仔猪明显消瘦。表明百球清对仔猪等孢球虫病具有良好的治疗效果。The assays of therapeutic efficacy of Toltrazuril against Ⅰ. suis in 7-day-old piglets were conducted. Its efficacy was evaluated by reduction of diarrhea, decrease of oocysts production and mortality, improving body weight gain and so on. The results revealed that Ⅰ, suis was negative in the faeces of piglets treated with Toltrazuril （group Ⅰ and Ⅱ ） 3 days and 4 days after treated with Toltrazuril, respectively. While Ⅰ. suis still was positive in that of piglets untreated with drugs beyond one week. Diarrhea disappeared in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ 5 days and 6 days after treated with Toltrazuril, respectively. It was significant that difference of body weight gain between piglets treated with Toltrazuril in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ （65.1% and 61.9%, respectilvely） and piglets untreated in group Ⅲ. In addition, Toltrazuril can significantly decrease mortality and remarkably improve appetite of piglets. It concluded that Toltrazuril was effective evidently against Ⅰ. suis.
