摘　　要：即时通讯软件是融合了多种信息技术的Internet集大成者,图书馆利用其开展实时参考咨询具有现实性与可行性。即时通讯软件将图书馆、计算机系统、数据库、网络和读者融为一体,为图书馆的实时参考咨询插上飞翔的翅膀。The instant messenger software has integrated multiple messages technology Internet epitomizing. It is feasible for the library to use the instant messenger software. The instant messenger software has made library, computer system, database, network and reader to integrate into one organic whole. Instant messenger software has added wings for real-time information consultation.
