明党参干物质积累及多糖含量的动态研究

摘　　要：目的：研究明党参干物质积累及多糖含量的变化规律，确定明党参最佳采收期，为明党参规范化种植提供依据。方法：定期采样，测定明党参根的鲜重、干重、折干率和多糖含量。结果：明党参根在整个生长期内总的趋势是不断生长增大，但是在一年内则随着气温、降水、抽薹、开花、结实等内外因素的变化而发生波动。1～6月份期间，多糖含量不断增加，到6月份达到最高峰，之后又逐渐下降。结论：明党参宜在3年龄即移栽后第2年的6月中下旬进行采收。Objective： To study the dry material accumulation and the change of amylose content in cultivated Changium smyrnioides, ascertain the harvest time and provide the basic evidence for its GAP. Method： Sample were collected periodically and the freshweight, dryweight, length, width and amylose content of the root were measured. Result： In the growing seasons, the root grew gradually, but the rate of growth varied with air temperature, precipitation, blossoming and yielding. The amylosed content increased continuously during 1-6 months of growth period, and reach a high peak on June, then decreased gradually. Conclusion： The harvest should be in the middle or the last ten days of June in the third growing years.
