摘  要:目的:研究臭椿和鸦胆子的抗植物病毒作用。方法:以烟草花叶病毒(tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)为供试病毒,采用局部枯斑法测定2种药用植物提取物对TMV侵染的抑制作用;叶碟法研究2种药用植物提取物的抗TMV增殖作用,并通过盆栽试验,测定2种药用植物提取物对烟草花叶病的防治作用。结果:臭椿和鸦胆子提取物不仅能有效抑制TMV侵染,而且对TMV的增殖也有明显抑制作用,并对烟草花叶病具有较好的防治效果。结论:臭椿和鸦胆子抗烟草花叶病毒作用显著,在抗植物病毒方面具有进一步研究和开发价值。Objective: To study antiviral effect of two medicinal plant, i. e. Ailanthus altissima and Brucea javanica on tobacco mosaic virus. Method: Using local lesion and leaf discs assay, extracts from A. altissima and B. javanica were evaluated for antiviral activity against TMV infection and replication, respectively. The therapeutic effect of two extracts on tobacco mosaic disease was also determinated by pot tests. Result: A. altissima and B. javanica could not only inhibit TMV infection effectively, but also had a high inhibitory activity against TMV replication. The experimental results in greenhouse indicated that A. altissima and B. javanica had some certain therapeutic effect on tobacco mosaic disease caused by TMV. Conclusion: As showing strong inhibition of TMV, A. altissima and B. javanica have a potential value for research and development on antiviral activity against plant virus.
