摘  要:目的:建立羌活药材的色谱指纹图谱,为评价羌活药材的质量提供依据。方法:采用Phenom enex Lu-na C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.3%醋酸水(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.m in-1,检测波长330 nm,柱温30℃,洗脱时间70 m in。结果:得到分离度较好的羌活HPLC-UV色谱指纹图谱,标示了7个共有峰。并采用对照品比对和HPLC-MS技术对其部分色谱峰进行了定性鉴别。结论:色谱指纹图谱分析方法为全面控制羌活药材的质量提供了依据。Objective: To establish the chromatographic fingerprints for the identification and quality evaluation of Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii. Method: Separation was performed on Phenomenex Luna C18 (2) (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 p.m) column, with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile (A) and water containing 0. 3% acetic acid (B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL ·mm . The UV detection wavelength was 330 nm, column temperature was 30 ℃, and the analysis time was 70 rain. Result: A satisfactory fingerprint was obtained by HPLC method, and qualitative analysis of some of the peaks were carried on by HPLC/MS approach. Conclusion: The established method is simple and rapid to identity and differentiate samples of Nhizoma et Radix Notopterygii collected from different sources and might be used as a quality control method for Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii.
