摘  要:目的:探索厚朴中挥发油类成分的积累与分布规律,并分析其组分。方法:采用《中国药典》的挥发油测定法、气相色谱-质谱联用分析法。结果:同一厚朴植株的枝皮挥发油含量远高于根皮和干皮,干皮自下而上含量逐渐升高,茎基部含量最低;树龄不同,挥发油含量各异,以五年生与二十年生者为高。挥发油中单萜、倍半萜含氧衍生物含量以十五年生者为最高,二十年生干皮发汗品的含量次之。结论:若以挥发油及其单萜、倍半萜含氧衍生物的含量为考核指标,厚朴的采割年限应以十五至二十年为佳;根、干、枝皮应混合入药。Objective: To find the rule of accumulation and distribution of volatile oil of the cortex of Magnolia offwinalis produced in Hubei Enshi and analyse the chemical components. Method: Determining the content of volatile oil of the cortex of M.officinalis by the determination of volatile oil that prescribed by Ch. p. and by GC-MS for the first time. Result: The content of volatile oil of the trees which is 5 years old and 20 years old is higher, while the trees of 10 and 15 years old are lower. The content of compounds in the branch cortex is highest, while the stem cortex downside is lowest. The content of oxide derivatives of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids is highest in the stem cortex of M. officinalis of 15 ages. Conclusion: ff taking the content of volatile oil and its oxide derivatives of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids as standard, the preferable period of the harvest cortex is about 15-20 years, and the root cortex, the stem cortex and the branch cortex of M. officinalis Should be mixed for use.
