摘 要:本实验以高铝粉煤灰为原料、Na2CO3为助剂,经中温烧结,酸溶除硅,碱溶除铁,加入铝酸钡除微量硅后,制得较纯净的铝酸钠溶液;向该溶液中加入Al(OH)3晶种,采用种分分解法制备得到Al(OH)3沉淀,于1200℃下煅烧2 h后,制得α-Al2O3。分析结果表明,制备的-αAl2O3粉体形态不规则,粒径在10μm以下,性能达到国标GB8178-87三级标准。本项技术符合国家发展循环经济的要求,是高铝粉煤灰资源化高效利用的有效途径之一。High-aluminum fly ash is an industrial waste. In order to reduce its pollution to environment, high-aluminum fly :ash was used as raw material and Na2CO3 used as an auxiliary agent to make the best of Al2O3 component in this experiment. First,sodium aluminate liquor was prepared by sintering the mixture at intermediate temperature,acid-leaching for desilication,alkali-leaching for removing iron, and barium aluminate for further desilication. Then,Al(OH)3 seed was introduced into the purified solution to agglomerate Al(OH)3 particles by seed precipitation. Finally,α-Al2O3 product was prepared by calcining of the AI(OH)~ precipitate at 1200℃ for 2 hours. The analytical results indicate that the prepared α-Al2O3 powder is irregular in shape with granular size of less than 10μm in diameter. Its function meets that of the China National Chemical Standard GB8178-87. This technique is in accordance with the requirements of development of the circulation economy in China. This sort of high-aluminum fly ash is a potential alumina resource in the future.
