摘 要:在流动的N2气中,以粉煤灰和硅粉为原料,添加理论值和超理论值的硅粉,配料制成坯体,研究了坯体在1350-1500℃下氮化反应6h的质量变化、物相转化规律和产物的形态特征。结果表明,坯体在1350℃、1400℃和1450℃时质量不断增加,1500℃时则急剧下降;1450℃时β-Sialon含量最大,O'-Sialon则最低,当硅含量超理论值的10%时,SiMon固溶体总含量达到最大值(85.6%)Sialon形态多为花瓣状聚集态,并伴随出现少量的Si3N4纤维。The Sialon powder was prepared with the raw products, which is made with fly ash and silicon powder in the flowing N2 gas, by using the silicon thermal reduction nitridation method. The Sialon mass content variation, phase transformation regularity and the morphological features of the raw products, which were nitrided at temperatures from 1350℃ to 1500℃ for 6 hours, have been investigated by utilizing XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the Sialon mass contents of the products formed at 1350℃, 1400℃ and 1450℃ respectively are gradually increased. Whereas the Sialon mass content of the product formed at 1500℃ is much lower than those of the products formed at 1350℃, 1400℃ and 1450℃. The β-Sialon content of the product formed at 1450℃ is the highest while its O'-Sialon content is the lowest. In addition, the total Sialon solid solution content of 85.6% in the product formed at 1450℃ can be achieved by adding silicon beyond theoretical content of 10% into fly ash. The Sialon oc curs mainly as petal aggregates, surrounding with a few white Si3N4 fibers.
