摘　　要：无障碍环境,是残疾人走出家门、参与社会生活的基本条件,也是方便老年人、妇女儿童和其他社会成员的重要措施。同时它也直接影响着我国的城市形象与国际形象。该文回顾了无障碍运动的发展历史,比对了我国在这个领域与发达国家的差距,分析了落后原因,呼吁切实加强无障碍环境建设。Nihil obstat surrounding in cities, is the basic conditions of the disable person to go out , take part in the social life; also is the important measures of convenient the person of advanced age, women, children, and other social members. In the meantime, it influence the city image of our country and international image directly. The article looked back the development history of nihil obstat, and contrasted the margin between our country and the developed nations in this realm, analyzed the reasons of fall behind, appeal to enhance the construction of nihil obstat surrounding in cities.
