摘  要:研究了不同浓度海水对毕氏海蓬子种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:蒸馏水条件下种子萌发率最高;随着海水浓度的增加,幼苗中脯氨酸逐渐增加,可溶性蛋白先增后减;.O2-产生速率先减后逐渐增,浓度为25%时最小;MDA含量变化和.O2-产生速率变化相类似,总体变化不大,浓度为50%处达最小值;抗氧化酶活性都是随海水浓度的增加先升后降,浓度为50%时达最大值.实验表明一定浓度的海水可以促进海蓬子幼苗的生长,50%浓度左右的海水是海蓬子幼苗生长的最适浓度,而种子的萌发以无盐环境为最好.Seeds and seedlings of Salicornia bigelovii Tort were treated with various concentrations of artificial seawater. The results showed that germination percentage decreased as seawater concentration increased and the optimal germination was obtained in distilled water. With the rising of the artificial seawater concentrations, the proline content increased and the soluble protein first increased and then reduced. The contents of MDA and the producing rate of O2^- first were reduced and then increased as concentrations of the artificial seawater increased. The activities of CAT and SOD increased obviously to the highest value under the treatment of 50% seawater. The POD activity varied in a wavy manner. It could be inferred that, as halophyte, the seedling growth of Salicornia bigelovii Torr was suitable for some concentrations of seawater. When seawater concentration was about 50%, seedling of Salicornia bigelovii Torr grew strongest, but its seed germination was suitable for nonsaline environment.
