摘　　要：抗日战争进入相持阶段以后,陕甘宁边区的财政经济出现了严重困难。为了解决这一问题,毛泽东继续发展了其关于农业互助合作的思想,提出了“组织起来”的指导方针,明确了农业互助合作的私有性质和若干原则。After the Anti-Japanese War entered the stage locked in a stalemate, Shan-Gan-Ning area had much difficulty in finance and economy. In order to solve this problem, Mao Ze-dong further developed the thoughts about agricultural mutual help and cooperation, proposing the guideline of people becoming organized, and specifying the private character and some principles about the mutual cooperation.
