摘　　要：善良属于道德范畴。道德是人类精神文化的一部分。认识善良的本质特征和类型,揭示善良的内涵,同时对善良的现实意义进行全面地阐释,指出在市场经济条件下善良美德应确立法律秩序和伦理道德秩序相契合的规则秩序,具有积极的意义。Kind - heartedness falls into the category of morality which is an important part of human spiritual cul- ture. It is of great realistic significance to gain insight into the nature, categories, and connotation of kind - heartedness. The virtue of kind - heartedness in market economy must be predicated on establishing a combined rule of legality and ethics.
