艾灵颗粒治疗18例HIV/AIDS患者12个月临床总结

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方制剂艾灵颗粒治疗HIV/AIDS患者的疗效。方法18例HIV/AIDS患者给予益气活血中药艾灵颗粒治疗12个月,记录治疗前后患者症状、体征积分,并对患者体重、免疫功能、病毒载量、细胞因子、ALT和Cr等进行检测。结果治疗后患者症状有明显改善,尤其是自汗、脱发,P<0.05,症状总积分下降,P<0.05,有统计学意义;CD4+细胞达到稳定标准以上病例占61.11%,病毒载量下降或保持稳定者达72.22%;IL-2水平有增高趋势,但P>0.05,尚未达到统计学意义;ALT、Cr治疗前后无明显变化;患者体重保持稳定,没有明显变化。结论中药艾灵颗粒能显著改善HIV/AIDS患者临床症状,并在一定程度上保护患者免疫功能,抑制病毒复制。Objective Exploring the therapeutic effects of Ailing granule on HIV/AIDS patients. Methods A total of 18 HIV/AIDS patients were treated with Ailing granule for 12 months. The sign and symptom scores were recorded, and the body weight, immune function, viral load, the concentration of eytokine, ALT and Cr were detected before and after the therapy. Results The signs and symptoms were improved, especially spontaneous sweating and baldness, with a reduction of total scores, which is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CD4 counts in 61.11% of cases increased to the standard and viral loads in 72.22% decreased and remained stable. The concentration of IL-2 tended to be enhanced but had no statistical significance. There were no differences in ALT, Cr and body weight before and after the treatment. Condusion Ailing granule can improve the symptoms, maintain immune function and stabilize viral load.
