摘  要:选择283名静脉注射(静注)吸毒者、103例肝病患者和355名献血员(其中有110名为丙型肝炎病毒抗体阳性)进行丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体免疫学检测、HCV血清学基因型和基因型的分子生物学研究。结果表明:283名静注吸毒者、103例肝病患者和355名献血员的抗-HCV阳性检出率分别为97.2%(275/283)、11.7%(12/103)和4.6%(11/240)。这三组人群的HCV血清学基因型Ⅰ型者分别为221/270(81.9%)、4/12(33.3%)和60/91(65.9%);HCV基因型在119例HCV感染者的静注吸毒者的HCV基因型1a、1b、2a、2b、3a、3b、4a、5a、6a和6b分别检出率为28.6%(34/119)、38.7%(46/119)、10.9%(13/119)、14.3%(17/119)、26.9%(32/119)、40.3%(48/119)、0(0/119)、0(0/119)、8.4%(10/119)、26.7%(31/119);12例HCV肝病患者检出1a为50.0%(6/12)、1b为100.0%(12/12)和3a为8.3%(1/12);在41例HCV感染的献血员中1a为24.4%(10/41)、1b为80.5%(33/41)、2b为2.4%(1/41)和3a为7.3%(3/41),5例(12.2%)不能确定型别。Guangxi is well known as a high epidemic area of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and liver diseases, but there was no report about hepatitis C virus (HCV). To investigate the prevalence of HCV, HCV serotypes and genotypes among Ⅳ-DAs, PLDs and BDs in Guangxi, 283 IVDAs, 103 PLDs and 355 BDs were enrolled in this study, and were detected for anti-HCV, HCV serotypes, genotypes and were sequenced. Results: 275/283(97.2% ) IVDAs, 12/103(11.7% ) PLDs and 11/240(4.6%) BDs were seropositive for anti-HCV. 221 (81.9%), 4 (33.3%) and 60(65.9%) were HCV Serotype 1 among 270 IVDAs, 12 PLDs and 91 BDs with HCV infection, respectively. 34(28.6% ), 46(38.7 % ), 13(10, 9%), 17(14.3%), 32(26.9%), 48(40.3%), 10(8.4%)and 31(26.7%)wereHCVGenotype 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3h, 6a, and 6b among 119 IVDAs, respectively. 6(50.0% ) and 12(100.0% ) and 1(8.3% ) were HCV Genotype 1a, 1h, and 3a among12 PLDs, respectively. 10(24.4%) 33(80.5%), 1(2.4%), 3(7.3%) and 5(12.2%) were HCV Ganotype 1a, 1b, 2b, 3a and unidentified among 41 BDs, respectively. We determined HCV genotypes of all samples by PCR and/or Sequencing mthods using specific primers of HCV genotypes.
