摘  要:目的:探讨青霉素和氨苄青霉素对菘蓝种子的生物学效应。方法:浸种药溶液浓度分别为0、400、600、800、1000、1200 mg/L;浸种时间24 h、36 h。结果:青霉素的最适浓度为800 mg/L,氨苄青霉素的最适浓度约为600mg/L,对菘蓝发芽率、幼苗鲜重、干重、株高和叶绿素含量均能提高,以氨苄青霉素的作用优于青霉素,浸种时间36h的比24 h的效果明显。结论:青霉素和氨苄青霉素对菘蓝种子萌发和幼苗的生长有比较明显的促进作用,可应用于生产。Objective: To study the Biologcal Effects of Penicillin and Ampicillin on the seeds of Isatis indigotica Fort. Methods : Seeds were snaked by Penicillin and Ampicillin in different time(24 h, 30 h) and different concentration (0,400,600,800,1000,1200 mg/L). Results: The most suitable consistency of Penicillin was 800 mg/L, while Amipcillin was 600 mg/L. The effect of Ampicillin on the germination, the fresh weight, the dry weight, the height and the chlorophyll content of seedlings were better than Pencillin. 36 hours for the seeds soaking was suitable than that of 24 hours. Conclusion: Penincillin and Ampicillin have an obvious and good effect on the germination of the seeds and the growth of the seedling.
