何首乌三个栽培种核型比较

摘　　要：目的:分析何首乌Polygonum multiflorum三地栽培种的染色体核型。方法:采用植物染色体常规压片法,结合显微摄影。结果:(1)广西靖西栽培种的核型公式为K(2n)=3X=33=9m+24 sm,核型类型为2A;(2)广东德庆种的核型公式为K(2n)=2X=22=12m+10 sm,核型类型为2B;(3)江西新建种的核型公式为K(2n)=2X=22=6m+14 sm+2st,核型类型为2A。结论:三地栽培的何首乌核型存在差异。Objective： To study the chromosome karyotype of Polygomum muhtiflorum from three localities. Methods： The chromosomes on the slices made by common pressing plates method were observed and photoed under the microscope. Results ： （ 1 ） The karyotype formula of Polygonum multiflorum from Jingxi locality was K （2n） = 3X = 33 = 9m ＋ 24sm, belonged to Stebbins＇ 2A type ; （ 2 ） That from Deging was K（2n） =2X =22 = 12m ＋ 10sm, belonged to Stebbins＇2B type; （3）That from Xinjlan was K（2n） =2X =22 = 6m ＋ 14sm ＋2st, belonged to Stebbins＇2A type. Conclusion： There existed differences in the karyotype ofPolygonum multiflorum from three local varieties.
