摘  要:为研究高炉回旋区内的物理化学状态,分析了回旋区内存在的焦炭热解、水分蒸发、燃烧、气体湍流等化学反应,建立了基于颗粒轨道的湍流数学模型,并利用CFX对数学模型进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:回旋区内,气流呈双涡旋分布,气体速度大部分小于16 m/s,峰值温度在2 670 K左右;焦炭粒子数为1 000时,在水平面内CO2和CO气体的峰值浓度分别为17%和27.4%;高炉煤气流分布为中心气流弱,边缘气流强。数值模拟结果基本与高炉操作实践结果吻合,对进一步研究高炉回旋区提供了有意义的探索。On the basis of analysis of the coke pyrogenation, water evaporation, coke burning, air turbulent, other chemical reactions and the particle trajectory model, a turbulent mathematical model was built to study the physical and chemical states in blast furnace (BF) raceway. The CFX software was applied to complete the numerical resolution of the mathematical model. It had been found that there are two eddy flows whth velocity mostly less than 16 m/s. The maximum temperature is about 2 670 K. The maximum concentrations of CO2 and CO are respectively 17% and 27.4% under the condition of 1 000 coke particles. The center of gas flow distribution is weak in strength and the fringe is on the contrary. The results of the numerical resolution are basically in accord with the BF operation results. It provided the significative approach to further study on BF raceway.
