摘　　要：利用模糊矩阵对应图的性质,得出A是m-非循环模糊矩阵的充分必要条件是A(A′)m是幂零阵,其周期不超过m+1,并给出其在模糊排序中的应用。In this paper, we prove that A is m-acyclic fuzzy matrix if and only if A（-）（A′）^m is nilpotent by a graph theoretical viewpoint. We also prove that the period is equal to m＋1. At last, we discuss the application in fuzzy sequencing.
