抗癌钼化合物和钼配合物研究进展

摘　　要：介绍了多钼酸盐、杂多钼酸盐和杂多钨酸盐的抗癌活性。与目前广泛应用的抗癌药物氨亚硝基硫脲比较,多钼酸异丙烷铵盐对BALB/C雌鼠的癌细胞,对人体乳腺癌的抑制率大,且毒性低。有机钼配合物对EhrL ich鼠癌细胞和人体胃癌、结肠癌抑制作用很强。手性八面体钼、手性八面体钨和手性八面体钼钨配合物对昆明种小鼠肿瘤和对小鼠肝癌具有较强的抑制活性,对小鼠的毒性LD50为330.4 mg/kg。The anticanceric action for polyacid salt of molybdenum and heterpolyacid salt of molybdenum or tungsten was introduced. Comparing with anticancer drag - aminonitrosourea in common use, isopropylammonium polymolybdate showed significant suppression against cancer cells of BALB/C female mice and breast cancer ceils of human, and lower toxicity. Organic molybdenum complexs showed notable inhibit againt ehrlich mouse cancer ceils and human gastic and colon cancer cells. Chiral octahedral molybdenum and tungsten complexs showed significant suppression against cancer ceils and cancer of the liver of Kun ming young mice, and toxicity LD50330.4 mg/kg were reviewed.
