摘 要:研究了DBC、2-Octanol、N205、磺化煤油和内相NaOH高效液膜体系分离富集Ta5+。实验了外相酸度、表面活性剂浓度、流动载体浓度和内相NaOH浓度对Ta5+迁移、富集的影响。结果表明,只有Ta5+能从常见金属离子如Nb5+、Fe3+、A l3+、Ti4+、Zr4+、碱金属、碱土金属、S iO32-、C l-、NO3-、C lO4-、SO42-、F-等,得到满意的分离。该方法已成功地应用于富集、测定纯铌和矿石中微量钽,结果相当满意。The separation and enrichment of Ta^5+ by DBC - 2 - octanol - N205 - sulphonated Kerosene anu NaOH internal phase high performance emulsion liquid membrane system were studied. The effects such as acidity of the external equeous phase, concentrations of DBC -2 -octanol, N205 and internal aqueous phase NaOH on the transport and enrichment of Ta^5+ were experimental. Results show that only Ta^5+ can be separated from normally encoumtered metal ions, such as Nb^5+, Fe^3+ , Al^3+ , Ti^4+ , Zr^4+ , alkali metal, alkali earth metal, SiO3^2-, Cl^-, NO3^-, ClO4^-, SO4^2- , F^- , etc,with satisfactory. The method has been applied to the enrichment and determination of trace amounts of tantalum in pure Niobium and ores with satisfactory results.
