摘　　要：报告了１９８８～１９９４年收治的创伤性脊柱脊髓损伤急性期发生合并症者１０７例，发生率占同期同类损伤的６４．８４％（１０７／１６５）。死于合并症者１２例，死亡率１１．２％。对不同损伤部位、不同损伤程度的脊髓损伤患者合并症的发生情况进行了分析。结合文献讨论了合并症的发生机制及防治措施。patients with acute traumatic spine and spinal cord injury admitted in 1988￣ 1994 were reported. 107 cases had various complications (64. 84% ) and twelve patients died (11. 21%). The incidence of complications with different injuried location and characteristics was compared. Literature reviewed,mechanism and prevention of the complications were discussed.
