摘　　要：目的总结经验,提高工作质量,促进中韩客运班轮航线出入境卫生检疫监督工作顺利开展。方法对秦皇岛至仁川中韩国际客运班轮航线通航一年来出入境卫生检疫监督工作情况进行总结和分析,对存在的问题提出完善和改进措施。结果在入出境卫生检疫监督、旅客携带物品检疫查验和旅检现场设施等方面均发现和存在较多的问题及不足,特别是船舶输入性医学媒介生物和国际带工携带违禁物品等方面更加突出,表明中韩航线存在疫情疫病传入等巨大潜在风险。结论建议制定统一完善的中韩客运班轮航线出入境卫生检疫监督工作标准和操作规程,开展人员培训和业务交流,提高工作质量,达到有效防止疫情疫病和其他危害因素传入传出的目的。Objective To improve the working quality and promote the entry-exit health quarantine and super- vision between Sino-Korea ferry moving smoothly. Methods Summarize the current working situation, find the problems and give out useful measurements to improve. Results Some problems and shortcomings were found on health quarantine and sanitary supervision to entry-exit ferries, medical vectors and contraband goods are main ones. It means that there is potential risk of infectious diseases invasion. Conclusion It should be suggested that make a working standard and operating rules, make personnel training and technique communication, improve the working quality, prevent the epidemic diseases and other harmful factors from invasion or spreading abroad.
