摘　　要：学生社区是学生群体共同意识形成和共同价值观念产生的社会化学习的特殊场所。学生社区的组织类型决定着社区精神文明建设,并影响学生发展。学生社区组织应把促进学生发展作为其自身的目标,将社区精神作为文化建设的灵魂和核心,以学生的社会化作为社区组织的价值取向,使学生社区成为学生实践的基地。Student community is a special place for the common value formation and socialization of the students. The organization type of student community determines the spirit civilization construction of the community and affects the growing of the students. The student community organization should aim at the students＇ development, focus on the construction of the community spirit civilization, count for the socialization of the students and make the community the base for the students practice.
