摘　　要：文章针对现今航运市场对人才的要求特点,阐述了航海高职院校应加强和深化航海教育教学方面的改革,培养出真正适应船公司所需的一线应用型高素质毕业生。The article focused on the talent requirements for the present shipping market, stated the necessities of enhancing and deepening maritime education and teaching reform in maritime vocational colleges, so as to foster high quality students that meet the demand of shipping companies.
