略论刘基对明王朝建立的历史贡献

摘　　要：刘基是明初一位重要的历史人物,是著名的政治家、军事家,也是著名的文学家、哲学家思想家;并由于他上通天文、下晓地理,从而使之成为一位家喻户晓的传奇人物。作者通过刘基的家世及其在明朝建国过程中的作用,对其一生活动给予较为全面的评价。由于刘基于明朝建立后不久即去世,以往研究中,多重于他在军事和思想文化方面的研究,关于他在明朝建国后对国家基本建设所起作用方面则论述相对较少。文章着重从刘基倡议重建应天城(即定都南京)、修定律法和奏立军卫等方面进行了分析论述,肯定了刘基不仅在明朝建立过程中有巨大贡献,而且在奠定有明一代治国基础方面亦有不可磨灭的历史功绩。Liu ji is considered as a famous politician, military scientist, writer, philosopher and thinker, And he is so knowledgeable as to live a magic life in people＇s mind. This thesis focuses on complete evaluation ofLiu Ji through his families, lives and the process of establishment of Ming Dynasty, Liu Ji passed away soon when Ming was built up, therefore, the previous researches mainly concern his military and cultural achievement instead of his contribution to the basic construction of the country. The author points out that Liu Ji advocated reconstruction Yingtian City （Nanjing now）, amendment laws and arrangement bodyguard so as to play important role in administration of Ming Dynasty at the beginning.
