摘  要:对涡轮流量计在模拟井中水平条件下获取的实验数据从不同气流量、同一含水率下的油水总流量与涡轮响应的关系;同一油水总流量、不同含水率配比下的气流量与涡轮响应的关系及不同密度下的油、气、水总流量与涡轮响应的关系等3个方面进行了分析。结果表明,油水两相含水率在50%~100%范围内,同一气流量下,涡轮响应与油水两相流量呈线性关系;不同气量下所得到的各个涡轮流量计的响应与油水总流量关系直线的斜率(即涡轮K值)近于相等,但各直线的截距随气流量的增加而增大。在油水总流量相同的情况下涡轮响应与气流量呈线性关系,该线性关系不受油水两相含水率的影响或受油水两相含水率的影响小。不同密度下的涡轮K值随密度增加而增大。三相流下要获得准确的流量还需进行密度校正。The response of turbine flowmeter to oil-water-gas triphase flow rate is experimented in horizontal well models. The experimental data are reduced to 3 types of response relationships: the relationships between the rotation speed of the turbine flowmeter (RTF) and the total biphase flow rate are linear, their slops (i. e. the K of the turbine) are almost not affected by the gas flow rate and the water cut, while a bigger gas flow rate results in a bigger interception; the relationships between the RTF and the gas flow rate are linear and almost not affected by the water cut and the total oil-water flow rate; the relationships between the RTF and the total oil-gas-water flow rate are linear too, but the K of the turbine will increase as the fluid density increases. It indicates that the density correction is necessary to obtain a correct total triphase flow rate. K
