高效液相色谱法测定当归调经颗粒中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法测定当归调经颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18色谱柱。流动相为乙腈-水（20：80），流速为0．8ml·min^-1，检测波长为230nm，柱温为25％。结果芍药苷在8．4—210．0mg·L^-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为97．12％，RSD为2．06％（n=5）。结论该方法准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为当归调经颗粒的质量控制指标。Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in danggui tiaojing granule. Methods The HPLC system consists of Kromasil C18 column（ 200 mm× 4.6 ram, id 5 pan）acetonitrile-water（ 20： 80）mixture as mobile phase, with flow rate as 0.8 ml·min^-1 and detection wavelength at 230 nm, and column temperature at 25 %. Results When paeoniflorin concentration is in the range of 8.4 -210.0 mg·L^-1 paeoniflorin has good linear relationship with peak area （r = 0. 999 8 ）. The mean recovery was 97. 12%, RSD -2.06% （n = 5）. Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate. The reproducibility is good. The method could be used as quality control index for danggui tiaojing granule.
