摘　　要：介绍了捣固焦炉的几种除尘方式,重点阐述了以燃烧、强制混合吸附为主,滤袋喷涂保护为辅的装煤烟尘治理工艺。该除尘工艺已成功地应用于5.5m捣固焦炉的烟尘治理,工艺中还应用了混合吸附、单向溢流回喷等多项新技术,解决了以往捣固焦炉装煤烟尘粘结滤袋的难题。Several de-dusting methods for stamp-charging coke oven are described. The charging emissions control that takes combustion, forced mixing and adsorption as predominant section and the filtering bag coating protection as auxiliary section is successfully used in the emissions control of the stamp-c described. The de-dusting process has been harging coke oven with chamber height of 5.5m. In the process, several new technologies such as mixing adsorption, one-way overflow filtering bag sprayed with coke dust have been adopted, which has solved the filtering bag sticking problem of charging emissions from stamp-charging coke oven.
