摘　　要：目的探讨医院感染管理的有效方法,控制医院感染流行和暴发,提高医疗护理质量。方法抓各项管理制度的落实。强化医院感染管理知识培训、定期监测、评估、实行督查管理。使医院感染管理工作人人重视。结果提高了医护人员对医院感染管理的认识,使各项医院感染管理制度与措施得到认真贯彻执行,控制了医院感染。结论知识培训、科学监测、督查管理是控制医院感染的重要手段,使医院感染发病率逐年下降,取得了显著成效。Objective To Investigate an efficient method for nosocomial infection management;to control the epidemic and outbreak of nosocomial infection;to improve the quality of medical care. Methods Make sure all the managerial system workable, strengthen the training system for the knowledge of nosocomial infection management, regularly monitor and evaluate, conduct supervision management, make everybody put a premium on the nosocomial infection management. Results The knowledge for nosocomial infection management in medical staffs has been improved. All of the nosocomial infection managerial system and measures have been well implemented. The nosocomial infection has been under control. Conclusion Training for knowledge, scientific monitoring and supervision management are important measures in nosocomial infection control. This caused the rate of nosocomial infection incidence reducing year by year. The efficacy is significant.
