摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法将56例面肌痉挛的患者随机分为治疗组33例,对照组23例,分别用不同的针灸方法治疗。结果头皮针组(治疗组)治疗面肌痉挛取得了较好的疗效,其总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用头皮针为主的方法治疗面肌痉挛疗效满意。Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on facial spasm. Methods Fifty-six patients with facial spasm were randomly diveided into a treatment（ scalp acupuncture group of 33 cases and a control group of 23 cases and separately treated by different methods of acupuncture. ） Results A better curative effect on facial spasm was produced in the treatment group. There was a significant difference in the total response rate between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treatment with scalp acupuncture as the main has a satisfactory effect on facial spasm.
