摘  要:目的研究电针加麝香注射液对SD大鼠坐骨神经SundenlandⅣ度损伤后的腓肠肌萎缩的拮抗作用。方法选用SD大鼠48只,建立失神经支配(SundenlandⅣ度损伤)腓肠肌模型,将动物随机分成A(单纯损伤对照)、B(损伤+针刺治疗)、C(损伤+麝香注射液治疗)、D(损伤+电针和麝香注射液治疗)四组,每组12只,分别对比观察4、8、12w后腓肠肌湿重、腓肠肌细胞的直径和截面积及腓肠肌纤颤电位波幅的变化。结果用电针加麝香注射液复合治疗对SD大鼠坐骨神经SundenlandⅣ度损伤后腓肠肌肉萎缩的程度有显著的延缓作用,能减慢腓肠肌湿重、腓肠肌细胞的直径和截面积、腓肠肌纤颤电位波幅值的下降速度。结论电针加麝香注射液复合治疗对SD大鼠坐骨神经SundenlandⅣ度损伤后的腓肠肌的萎缩有拮抗作用。Objective To investigate the delaying effect of electroacupuncture plus musk injectio on SD rat' s gastrocnemius atrophy after Sundcnland degroeIV injury to the sciatic nerve. Methods Forty-eight SD rats were selected and a model of gastrocnemius denervation (Sundenland degreeIVinjury) was set up. The rats were randomly allocated to group A (simple injury as a control), B (injury + acupuncture), C (injury + musk injectio) and D (injury + electroacupuncture plus musk injectio), 12 each. Gastrocnemius wet weight, the diameter and cross-sectional area of gastrocnemius cells, and changes in gastrocnemius fibrillation potential amplitude were observed 4, 8 and 12 weeks later. Results Treatment with electroacupuncture plus musk injection significantly delayed SD rat's gastrocnemius atrophy after Sundenland degree Ⅳ injury to the sciatic nerve and could slow the speed of decreases in Gastrocnemius wet weight, the diameter and cross-sectional area of gastrocnemius cells, and gastrocnemius fibrillation potential amplitude. Condusion Treatment with electroacupuncture plus musk injection can delay SD rat's gastrocnemius atrophy after Sundenland degreeⅣinjury to the sciatic nerve.
