摘　　要：目的探讨针灸抗应激性损伤作用的神经内分泌机制。方法回顾近10年来国内有关针灸抗应激性损伤机理研究的成果,总结分析针灸在应激状态下对神经-内分泌-免疫网络的调节作用。结论针灸对应激状态下神经-内分泌-免疫网络有良好的调整作用,是针灸防治应激性疾病的重要机制之一,为针灸治疗应激相关疾病提供了可靠的依据。Objective To investigate the neuroendocrine mechanism of the fighting action of acupuncture and moxibustion on stress injury. Methods Recent 10 years＇achievements were reviewed in studies of the mechanism of the reducing action of acupuncture and moxibusfion on stress injury, and summarize and analyze the regulative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on neuro-endoerino-immune network in stress state. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion has a good regulating effect neuro-endocrino-immune network in stress state, which is one of the important mechanisms by which acupuncture and moxibustion prevents and treats stress diseases and provides reliable evidence for acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of stress-related diseases.
