摘  要:由于传统砂浆用于加气混凝土抹灰时,存在保水性差、粘结强度低、易开裂空鼓等缺陷,这严重阻碍了加气混凝土的广泛应用。针对这些缺陷,研制了一种和易性好、保水性好、粘结强度高、收缩率低,适合加气混凝土抹灰用的砂浆。研究了粉煤灰、保水剂、可再分散乳胶粉、减水剂等对砂浆性能的影响,并探讨各种外加剂对砂浆的改性机理。经研究确定加气混凝土专用抹灰砂浆的基本配比为:胶砂比1∶3,水胶比0.50,粉煤灰掺量40%,HEMC掺量0.2%,乳胶粉掺量2%,聚羧酸高效减水剂掺量1.2%。Defects of bad water retention, low bonding strength, easy cracking and bulging seriously impede extensive application of aerated concrete when common mortar is used for plastering aerated concrete. Aiming at these defects, a kind of special mortar for plastering aerated concrete with good workability, good water retention, high bonding strength and low shrinkage ratio has been prepared. The effects of fly ash, water retention agent, re-dispersible latex powder and water reducing agent on performance of mortar were studied and various additives to modification mechanism of mortar were discussed. It is confirmed after study that the basic proportioning of special mortar for plastering aerated concrete is as follows: binder-sand ratio 1:3, water-binder ratio 0.50, fly ash content 40%, HEMC content 0.2%, latex powder content 2% and poly carboxylic acid superplasticizer content 1.2%.
