花旗松扦插中愈伤组织的形成

摘　　要：花旗松扦插诱导愈伤组织试验结果表明硬枝扦插形成愈伤组织好于嫩枝扦插,3月份(树液流动前)是花旗松硬枝扦插形成愈伤组织的最佳时间。扦插基质以河沙1+黄土1为佳。扦插地点的地表温度低于20℃不利于愈伤组织产生,花旗松形成愈伤组织需要2个月时间。Callus formation on cuttings of Pseudotsuga menziesii was developed in this paper. We found that cuttings from elder branches were easier to induce callus than that from young shoots. March （ before fluid flowage） would be the best period for callus formation of eider cuttings. Low temperature （ below 20℃ ） of the experiment spot was unfavorable for the growth of callus, which needed two months. It was difficult for the stem cutting to root under the condition of common groove＇s arch plastic Canopy of small-media size.
