摘 要:根据矿井瓦斯动力灾害的大小及对矿井安全生产的影响,分析了影响鉴定结果的鉴定指标测定过程,提出了将矿井分为非突出矿井、弱突出矿井和突出矿井的方案;并根据引起瓦斯动力现象的各种力的作用过程及产生的后果给出了部分新的矿井瓦斯动力灾害分级鉴定的指标及操作方法.通过对大平煤矿煤层进行实测,证明大平煤矿-107 m标高处已经具备了发生弱突出的可能性,从而解释了这个当年鉴定为非突出的矿井在近-300 m处出现了大型突出事故的原因.According to the size of dynamical disaster happening in locale site and their impact on safety production, the measuring process of identification index were analyzed which would affect classification results, and a project was proposed that coal mines should be classified as non-outburst mines, weak-outburst mines and outburst mines. Some new identification indexes and operation methods were given according to the action process and resuits of all applied forces arousing gas dynamical phenomena. When this project was used in Daping Coal Mine, it testified that there is a weak-outburst danger over - 107 m of Daping Mine, which explained the reason why there appeared a serious outburst accident below - 300 m of the coal mine that had been identified as a non-outburst coal mine.
