摘　　要：从体制性因素和宏观经济因素两个方面分析了粮食价格不稳定的原因,突出强调了以往被人们忽视的深层次因素—宏观经济因素。不稳定粮食价格间接影响到了粮食安全问题,也影响到了农业生产率、GDP和居民的日常生活。The paper makes an analysis of the causes of unstable grain price from the factors involving government systems and macroeconomy and the latter is especially emphasized as the deep-level factor,which has being ignored. The paper argues that unstable grain price indirectly results in grain safety and influences agricultural productivity, GDP and residents＇daily life as well.
