摘  要:目的观察应用钠曲线行高-低钠序贯血液透析预防低血压发生及对Urea、Cr、Na+清除效果。方法对12例标准血液透析时经常发生低血压患者,在标准血液透析1个月后改为钠曲线透析1个月,观察两种透析方法低血压发生情况及透析前、后血清Urea、Cr、Na+。结果钠曲线透析组低血压发生率较标准血液透析低血压发生率低(P<0.05)。血清Urea、Cr、Na+,组间透析前、后分别比较无显著性差异。结论钠曲线血液透析可有效预防低血压发生,有效清除Urea、Cr,并未引起高钠血症。Objective To observe the hypotension incidence and to study the influence on removal of Urea,Cr,Na^+ in standard hemodialysis (SHD) alternative to sodium profile hemodialysis (PHD) for the treatment of intradialytie hypotension. Methods Twelve patients subjected to dialysis treatment were selected because of their intradialystic hypotension.After being practiced SHD for lmonth PHD lmonth, hypotension incidence were observed. The plasma levels of Urea, Cr, Na^+,K^+ were detected before and just before the end of both different treatments per 14 days. Results The Hypotension incidence in PHD is lower than that in SHD (P〈0.05). Comparing the plasma levels of Urea, Cr, Nat before and just before the end of treatments between both different hemodialysis respectively there had no significant difference.Conclusion PHD can prevent intradialystic hypotension and clear Urea,Cr; effectively but do not cause hypernatremia.
