摘　　要：二次城市设计的任务是在总体设计和控制性详细规划的基础上,在确定了某些前提要素的情况下,在人工环境和与之相关联的环境要素不断变化的过程中,重新建构城市新区的形态环境。目前,我国城市新区建设中的城市设计项目进行国际咨询后,中标深化方案的设计指引与现实建设开发中地块项目型城市设计实施相脱节,造成咨询方案不具备可实施性,二次城市设计可从过程性和可调性两方面解决以上问题。Based on urban regulatory plan and site plan, the task of urban re-design is to reconstruct the form and environment of new urban area when certain preconditions are confirmed but the built environment and other environmental factors are still changing. Currently, subsequent design following the international design consultation is disconnected with the project-oriented urban design in reality and thus will eventually lead to invalidity. Urban redesign may well respond to these problems in terms of process and flexibility.
