摘  要:以导电石墨粉、低熔无铅玻璃和乙基纤维素松油醇溶液制备了无铅石墨导电浆料。分析了浆料中玻璃粉含量对烧结膜表面电阻、威氏硬度和附着力的影响,给出了石墨导电浆料的配方。研究了浆料的流变性、触变性和粘弹性。用玻璃转变温度为476℃的无铅低熔玻璃配制的浆料在520~580℃烧结后,外观致密光洁;当烧结膜厚度为(25±3)gm时,方阻为80~135Ω/m,硬度为12.3N/mm^2,附着力为45.6N。The lead free graphite conducting pastes were prepared by using conductive graphite powder, lead free low-melting glass and terpineol ethyl cellulose solution. By analyzing the surface square resistivity, rickets hardness as well as the binder force of the sintered film with the glass content in the paste, the composition of the paste was given. The rheological, thixotropic, and viscoelasticity properties of the paste were investigated. The paste prepared by the lead free glass with a glass transition temprerature of 476℃ was perfectly flat and compact after sintered in the temperature range of 520~580℃. The square resistivity of the sintered film is 80-135Ω/m at the thickness of (25±3)μm, while the Vickers hardness is 12.3 N/mm^2, and the binder force is 45.6 N.
