摘 要:采用插层法和超声法相结合的方法对高岭石进行剥片。本试验选用三种插层剂进行插层,即尿素、醋酸钾和DMSO,分别采用饱和溶液浸泡法、吸潮法和微波插层法,先制备出高岭石的插层复合物,再对其进行超声处理。运用超声法尝试将高岭石插层复合物剥片,研究其插层及剥片效果,探讨超声剥片的可行性。经试验,采用醋酸钾作插层剂时,效果显著,有望用于工业生产。This paper presented a new method to exfoliate kaolinite. The exfoliation of kaolinite was performed via the combination of intercalation and sonication. Three reagents-urea, potassium acetate and DMSO have been intercalated into interlayer of kaolinite separately by solution-dipping, moisture-absorbing and microwave methods. The intercalation compounds were treated under sonication, trying to exfoliate kaolinite. As a result, the feasibility of kaolinite exfoliation by the combination method has been studied. When potassium aoetate worked as the intercalation reagent, the experiment results showed marked exfoliation effect and the intercalation-sonication method could be applied to industry someday.
