摘 要:为降低传统高岭土高温焙烧活化法制4A沸石的能耗,以广东茂名高岭土为原料,进行高岭土先碱熔活化,然后晶化制4A沸石的研究,确定了合适的工艺条件,分析了反应机理,制备出了合格的4A沸石产品。与传统法相比,碱熔活化法制备4A沸石工艺具有节能的优点。In order to reduce the energy cost of preparation of 4A zeolite by tradition method of kaolinite calcination at high temperature, the 4A zeolite was synthesized by alkli-activatcd kaolinite from Maoming of Guangdong province as raw material and crystallization reaction. The suitable technology conditions were ascertained and the reaction mechanism was analyzed. The regular 4A zeolite product was prepared. Compared with the tradition method, this technology of 4A zeolite prepared by alkli-activated method has the advantage of saving energy.
