双纸片协同法检测ESBLs的实验条件探讨

摘　　要：对双纸片协同试验不同指示底物及纸片间放置距离进行探讨。选择临床分离菌10株、实验室诱导菌5株及肺炎克雷伯菌700603(SHV-18)共16株细菌,先做双纸片增效实验,然后每株细菌对CTX、CAZ、AZT、FEP、CRO及CF六种药敏纸片逐个分别在15 mm、20 mm、25 mm、和30 mm处做双纸片协同实验。试验结果表明:FEP、CTX、AZT、CRO在15 mm处检出率均为100%;在20 mm处FEP、CTX、AZT检出率为88%,CRO检出率为75%。双纸片协同实验中检出率高的底物为FEP、CTX、AZT、CRO,其最佳协同距离为15 mm。The experiminal factors on the directing substracts and the distances between the central disk and the round disks are discussed in the double disk synergy test. At first, the sixteen strains consisted of ten clinical isolates, five induced strains and one Klebsiella penumoniae 700603 （ shy-18 ） are screened by the Inhibitor-Potentiated disk diffusion test, and then every strain is made in the double disk synergy test using. CTX,CAZ,AZT, FEP , CRO and CF disks with AMC/CA disk, the distances between the two disks are 15 mm,20 mm,25 mm and 30 mm, respectively. The detection rates of FEP,CTX,AZT and CRO disks are all 100% when the distance between the two disks is 15 mm. At the distance of 20 ram, the detection rate of FEP, CTX and AZT disks are all 88% ,the detection rate of CRO disk is 75%. As a result, the optimum directing substracts are FEP,CTX,AZT and CRO,the best distance is 15 mm.
