摘 要:目的:建立淫黄颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对淫黄颗粒中淫羊藿、黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对其中淫羊藿苷的含量进行测定。结果:在同一薄层板上可同时对淫羊藿、黄芪进行定性检测;淫羊藿苷进样量在0.12504~0.7502μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为97.20%(RSD=1.38%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好.适用于淫黄颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality control method for Yinhuang granules. METHODS: Epimedium herb and Radix Astragali in Yinhuang granules were identified qualitatively by TLC and the content of icariin in Yinhuang granules was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Epimedium herb and Radix Astragali can be identified simultaneously in the same thin layer plate. Good linear relationship was achieved between icariln and peak area when the concentration of which was 0.125 04μg- 0.750 24μg(r = 0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 97.20% (RSD= 1.38%). CONCLUSION. The established method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of Yinhuang granule.
