摘  要:试验以3/4乳线期的平玉5号品种全株玉米(Zea mays)为原料,设置对照组、乳酸菌剂处理组和盐-酶复合物(商品名SILO GUARDⅡ)处理组。将粉碎的青贮物料装入1L玻璃瓶压实,密度为1.2kg/L左右,室温下青贮80d。结果表明:2种添加剂处理都显著地提高了青贮饲料的干物质含量(P<0.05);添加剂对其他化学组分均无显著影响(P>0.05)。盐-酶处理组乳酸含量显著升高,乳酸菌剂处理组乙酸含量低于对照组和盐-酶复合物组;添加剂处理对于L-与D-乳酸比例无显著影响。2种添加剂都显著地提高了干物质回收率,提高幅度分别是15.39%和11.59%(P<0.001)。体外消化试验结果表明:乳酸菌剂和盐-酶处理组提高了24h玉米青贮干物质消化率(P<0.05),提高幅度分别是9.73%和6.73%。An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of Lamellmand Inoculant (Pediococcus acidilactici and Lactobacillus plantarum) and SILO GUARD Ⅱ (compound of sodium metabisulfite and malt diastase) as silage additives on whole corn silage quality and in vitro dry matter digestibility (DMD). Results showed that both could significantly increase the DM content (P 〈 0.05) comparing with CK. No significant effect was observed on other chemical composition of silage. Lactic acid concentration was significantly increased in silages treated with SILO GUARD Ⅱ (P 〈 0.001). Acetic acid concentration was the lowest in silage treated with Inoculant. No difference was observed in the L- to D-lactic acid ratio between treatments and CK. Dry matter recovery (DMR) was improved up to 15.39% and 11.59% by Inoculant and SILO GUARD Ⅱ, respectively. Results of in vitro experiment showed that 24 h-DMD was increased significantly by 9.73% and 6.73% (P 〈 0.05) accordingly.
